From your experience, how TD canada trust handle proposal? Are they as tough as RBC by refusing most of them?

Unless TD is the majority creditor, they often don’t vote for or against proposals – they simply go with the majority.

It is also somewhat inaccurate to call RBC tough – they often require a higher level of repayment than the other banks, but I am not sure that makes them “tough”.
