Filing for CP this month, car in terrible shape- can we go and buy a car ( used or new) and financed?
Will this be any issues with proposal to be accepted? We will of course make payments on car

If you need a vehicle then go an get a vehicle. This won’t impact the proposal much as it is a secured creditor and it operates outside of the proposal. However, be reasonable in the vehicle you select and the amount of the payment you are subject to. The creditors would look unfavourably on what they may view as an excessive payment.
