Can a bankruptcy be challenged in any way by an individual that is not in bankruptcy but still directly affected?

The only real way you can challenge a bankruptcy is if you have proof that the debtor has acted in a fraudulent manner and was not eligible to file the bankruptcy at the time.

Otherwise, there isn’t much that can be said or done, particularly if you are not a creditor of the bankrupt.
