My student loan, as well as other credit is delinquent. I am planning on declaring bankruptcy. I have worked outside of canada for the last 5 years, am I still eligible?

As long as you are currently residing in Canada (or have resided here in the last 12 months), you owe at least $1,000 and are unable to meet your obligations as they become due, then you would qualify. So having worked elsewhere of the last 5 years won’t prevent you from being able to file bankruptcy as long as you are now living in Canada.
