Undischarge Bankruptcy

I have file for bankruptcy for several years now but still remain undischarged. I had no income at the time of filing but had significantly higher income several years into the bankruptcy. I also accumulated a fair amount of savings. Would I be required to pay back the surplus income from the assets I’ve accumulated?

Many thanks!

This is difficult to answer as it is now up to the court, but there is a very good possibility the court will require you to pay more to get your discharge. This will largely be as a result of your current ability to pay and due to the fact that you failed to comply on a timely basis the first time, but realistically it is impossible to know until your Trustee re-applies to court to request a discharge.
