is there a limit on amount of earnings per month which will prevent consumer proposal??

A licensed trustee said...

No there is not (there’s also no limit if you file for bankruptcy, but the amount you will be required to pay is directly affected by your income). In fact, the higher your icome the more likely a consumer proposal will make more sense for you (as opposed to a bankruptcy).
