Husband refuses to reveal
I got sick 3 years ago and could nolonger work full time have about 40000. in cc debit, Visa has put a judgement on our house and is now trying to force us to sell We have a house which has only $8000. in equity I have a small bus that I do and earn 1250. per month I think the only way out of this is bankruptcy and my husband wants nothing to do with it, and I am not to give out any info on him What happens if I file, or can I file.

There is a mechanism to deal with just this type of situation when one files for a bankruptcy. If I tried to explain it in this forum I think I would only serve to confuse you more, but what I would recommend is that you contact a local trustee, explain that your husband is not willing to disclose or be involved with the bankruptcy and they will explain how this can be handled.
