Certainly, but before you decide to do so make sure you talk to someone about “being creditor proof”. Pension income is exempt from garnishee so if you don’t have any “assets” that can be taken from you by your creditors and your only income is pension income then you may decide not to file. Call a trustee and they can explain this in greater detail.
