Indirectly the presence of another income earner will impact the cost, and potentially the lengthe of a bankruptcy. Both the cost and the length of a bankruptcy are based on the Superintendent’s surplus income calculation, which basically looks at your percentage of the household income to determine what you pay and for how long.
