i owe cra 400,000.i can not pay,i am on cpp disability. i want to start working earning about 4000 /month.can i file bankruptcy even though my income will be 4000/month

Yes, you will still be eligible to file a bankruptcy, as there is no income restriction.

However, you will want to review the concept of surplus income obligation with your trustee as this concept will likely determine both your cost of bankruptcy as well as when you are eligible for discharge.
