bankruptcy without any assets

I am 60 years old and do not have a job. My daughter is currently paying my bills covering my minimum balances but can no longer do so. Can I declare bankruptcy even though I have no assets and live with her?

As long as you currently live in Canada, owe more than $1000.00 and are unable to pay your bills as they normally come due, then you would qualify for bankruptcy. So whether or not you have assets or live with your daughter will make no difference.
