I have a couple questions:

I am Unemployed. I am Broke with no incoming income. I currently Have some assets such as my home(Pretty old Mobile Home), an early 90`s truck(I`d like to keep) and misc. other goods such as a tv, and tools. Am I eligible for Bankruptcy?

As long as you currently reside within Canada, owe greater than $1000.00 and are unable to pay your debts as they become due, you would qualify to file a bankruptcy. The biggest challenge may be covering the cost of bankruptcy when you have no income, so many people wait until they start working again, but you would definitely be eligible.
