If you filed for bankruptcy previously and never finished (i.e. were not discharged), then you are not eligible to file a second bankruptcy until you have finished your first.
Although, there is no need to file a second bankruptcy, what you need to do is contact your original trustee, get them reinstated and finish the bankruptcy. This will deal with all the creditors that relate to prior to the first bankruptcy being filed.
