Leased vehicle

If I file bankruptcy will I be able to keep my leased 2010 vehicle? I got it in December `09 and have been making payments for the past 5 months.

As long as you are up to date on your payments with the lease when you file for bankruptcy then the lease should not be an issue. You should be able to continue making your payments as originally contracted and retain the vehicle in question.
