seven year period

With respect to the new laws in Bankruptcy and Student Loans- Is the seven year period from when you graduate university, or is it the date that you last recieved student Loans? In my case there is a few years difference.

The laws specific to bankruptcy and student loans stipulate that 7 years must have elapsed from the date you last physically attended school. This is irrespective of when the student loans were utilized, it is attendance that is the key.

It is 7 years from the date you last attended school.
