Is an rv automatically taken by trustee and sold? Is there a difference if RV is paid off or if an RV is still owing money?

The RV only becomes and issue if there is equity in it (i.e. value is greater than any oustanding financing). If there is equity in any recreational property this equity must be distributed among creditors as it does not fall into the exemptions or category of property protected when a bankruptcy is filed.
