what can i keep

I was wondering if i will get to keep my house if i go bankrupt. I have no equity in it.

With no equity in the house it really depends not on the filing of the bankruptcy, but on your ability to keep up with your mortgage payments and property taxes. If you can afford to keep up on these things then it shouldn’t be a problem.
