extra money and saving
hello,
just have a question, I know anything that`s over 1870 is considered surplus income. if my bills are only 1000 a month, and i am saving 870, would the trustee or the creditors make a big deal about me saving money, as long as i am paying my surplus payments every month and fulfilling my duties.

If you meet all of your obligations to your bankruptcy and you are still able to save then no one will “go after” your savings. Most trustees actively encourage their clients to save, if they are able.
