retired and in debt

I am retired (my wife is unemployed) and my vehicle was repossed. In addition to a car loan, I have credit card debt, personal loans, and payday loans. In total I owe approx $50,000. My set net income is $1400, which just covers my basic living expenses. I have no assets to declare. How much will filing for backruptcy cost? At this time I feel this is my only option.

The minimum cost of bankruptcy is set by the individual trustee’s office so you will need to contact them directly to determine this.
