My husband and I are separated but he is still on title to the property. What happens to the house if he declares bankruptcy?

If he declares bankruptcy 50% of the equity in the house will have to be dealt with by his trustee. Now this may not be a big issue depending on how much equity is in the property, but it is definitely an asset that must be dealt with during the administration of any bankruptcy proceeding.
