How are the things you own assessed by the trustee

How are the things you own assessed by the trustee? Ex: My 30 year old bedroom set – not on too bad shape I paid $800 for (in 1979) – how do they assess a value on this?
What about my wedding ring ?

You will provide estimates to your trustee. If there is any issues surrounding those valuations the trustee will work with you to make arrangements to get any appraisals. Now this very rarely is necessary with things like household items, but can technically be necessary.
