You should go and speak to your trustee about this.

Briefly, if you received an automatic discharge from your first bankruptcy then a copy of your Final Statement of Receipts and Disbursements would be helpful. If you did not receive an automatic discharge then you should be prepared to explain to the Court what happened.

Book 15 minutes with your trustee BEFORE the hearing to ask them what they think you should bring to Court for your hearing.
