bankruptcy will afect my child tax benefit payments-or it considerated income?
I am getting 600 $ for 2 kifs plus 100 $ child care benefits because of low income last year.
If i declare bankruptcy it will affect receiving the full amount?

If you file for bankruptcy you will be able to keep both of these benefits.

However, these benefits will be inculded when determining what your total income is and must be factored in when considering if there is any surplus income obligation that must be fulfilled.
