do I need to pay the property taxes

I filed for bankruptcy but didnt include my house, but now I am behind in my mortgage payments and I am awaiting foreclosure on my house, when the bank forecloses on my house do I need to pay the property taxes on the house?

Yes, you will be responsible for your property taxes if the foreclosure happened after the bankruptcy was filed. If the foreclosure began prior to filing for bankruptcy then the property taxes could be included. Timing is essential so if there is a question contact your trustee and they will be able to be of assistance.
