Hi, a quick question. I have filed for bankruptcy back in march, and have also recently been laid off from my job. Can I still receive EI payments, while going thru the bankruptcy process? Thanks

Certainly – the one thing has nothing to do with the other. If you have any issues, contact your trustee.
