Health disclosure
My current financial difficulties are partly a result of 2 chronic health conditions that have negatively impacted my earnings over the last year. If I file for either a proposal or bankruptcy will I need to make a `public` disclosure of my health issues as part of the process?

When filing a bankruptcy or a consumer proposal you are always required to make disclosure of the reasons for the filing, so this will not be a problem. The best thing is to contact a local trustee and you can discuss the specifics of how the disclosure is handled.
