No Income

I currently have no income, I am home mother in a common law marriage, I do however have about $20,000 in credit card debt and a student loan of $10K, which is over 10 years old…my common law husband has been supporting my debt but now its becoming to much, what are my options, can I declare bankruptcy, would it be difficult, please let me know…

With no income coming in the filing of a bankruptcy may be your only option. So yes it is possible to do so and the only difficulty you may encounter is that there is a cost to the filing of a bankruptcy that will likely have to be covered by your spouse.
