During Bankruptcy

I filed for bankruptcy and have since been offered a contract but the agency wants me to incorporate. Are you allowed to incorporate during bankruptcy?

The only major restriction is if you do incorporate you are not allowed to be the director of an incorporated entity when you are in bankruptcy. Now you can incorporate but the easiest way around this stipulation is that you will need someone else you can list as the director for the time being.
