i went bankrupt in 2004 and trustee discharge himself in 2006 i did not finish my payments. do i apply for a discharge or after 7 years is it just gone ?

It is not just gone. The only way for you to obtain a discharge from bankruptcy is if you contact your original trustee and make arrangements to complete your original duties. When you file to complete the process the bankruptcy just doesn’t go away, it will remain their indefinitely.
