trustee was discharged as I did not complete my duties, what happens now

i went bankrupt in 2004 and my trustee was discharged in2006 due to not making my payments it is now 2009. does it stay there forever or goes away after 7 years?
how long do i stay undischarged

You will stay an undischarged bankrupt until you return to your trustee and complete your duties. As this stays their indefinitely you are best to contact your trustee and deal with the outstanding issues in your bankruptcy. The longer you wait to do so the more difficult it will be to deal with.
