consumer proposal and surplus income payments

With a consumer proposal, are there still surplus income payments added to the amount of the proposal if the thresholds are exceeded or are those only for bankruptcy ?

When you have filed a consumer proposal the surplus income obligation does not play a role. You need to pay the amount that was stipulated in the consumer proposal and agreed to by your creditors.
