Bankruptcy and becoming non-resident
How soon after I declare bankruptcy can I become a non-resident of Canada ? Do the Ontario exemptions still apply if I become a non-resident? Will shipping my personal effects and furniture out of the country be allowed when I`am bankrupt?

There is no time frame that must expire, you can become a non-resident at anytime. As for the exemptions, these are only availabe when you are living in the province.
Although, if the declaration is made at the time of filing the bankruptcy and at some point down the road you move out of the province, you will likely have no problems.
