Consumer Propsal

I have already done a consumer propsal, and it is not working for me. and will take longer to rebuild my credit.
Since i already filed a propsal am i still able to go bankrupt?

There is no problem with filing a bankruptcy out of a consumer proposal. The filing of the bankruptcy will simply serve to annul the consumer proposal.

So the best thing for you to do is to discuss this with your trustee directly.
