What happens with inheritances when you do a proposal. If I inherit a house what happens. can they make me sell it

A licensed trustee said...

Unless you have included the inheritance as one of the terms of the proposal nothing will happen to it. You are free to do whatever you like with whatever it is you inherit. In fact, you don’t even have an obligation to tell your trustee about the inheritance (you do have to tell them if you move into the house…).
