Canada student loan-default

Does the student loan default legislation distinguish between part-time studies and full-time studies? How about graduation date, or whether I have graduated?

No it does not distinguish between full and part-time, or between graduates and people that don’t cpmplete their programs of study.

You should contact the National Student Loan Centre and ask them what your “end of study” date is – this is the starting point for the 7 year exclusion from bankruptcy laws.
