RESP Contribution

I am seriously considering filing for bankrupcty, however I just have 1 simple question first.

After bankrupcty and after being discharged, does my RESP contribution limit get affected ?
Let`s say before bankruptcy, my RESP contribution limit was $20K, would I still have that contribution limit AFTER my discharge from bankruptcy ?

Firstly we are happy to hear that you found our sit helpful.

As for the RESP question, there shouldn’t be any impact on your RESP contribution limit. However, if you have any RESP’s set aside those are lost if you file for bankruptcy.
