Hi, I it`s very embarassing for me to ask this question. I had an absolute life and death situation and I did have to come to multiple payday loan landers to apply for a loan. Initially I intended to pay the money back to each lender, hovewer things didn`t work out and I defaulted. How will the judge asses my case with over 30 creditors, 20 of which are payday loan companies? Thank you

As long as you entered into these loans in good faith the judge really won’t have anything in particular to say. These are simply unsecured creditors and aren’t the types of debts that will really affect the Bankruptcy process.
