I will file for bankruptcy this coming april 15. I filed my income tax return already both in qc. and federal. I am waiting for refunds should I keep the refund or trustee will take it.

If you have not received the tax refund by the time you file then your tax return should be handed over to your trustee (for the benefit of your creditors). It’s a small price to pay to get relief from your debts…
