A licensed trustee said...

Your trustee will receive your income tax refunds for as longas you “assigned” them to your trustee. One of the forms you signed when yuo bankruptcy started was for the Canada Revenue Agency and it set out which years your trustee was authorized to deal with CRA on your behalf. Your refunds for those years (and any yars before you filed for bankruptcy) will be sent to yuor trustee until CRA is instructed otherwise.

If you don’t have a copy of that form you’ll need to call your trustee and ask them for a copy.
