pension income and the surplus income calcuation in bankruptcy

Due to Illness,receiving private pension plan income and CPP disability income every Month,but under Income Tax Act the Private Pension is not treated the same;so under Bankruptcy is it consider into the family household income.

In the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act it is required that your total income from all sources are utilized when calculating surplus. So this would include both your private pension and your dissability income.
