Im about to go to court for my discharge, what is the probable judgment the court will apply. Should I hire legal help or a trustee will represent me.

This is something you need to discuss with your trustee. Every registrar / judge is a little different and each case is evaluated based on its own merits. If you need a lawyer your will advise you of that.
