If I claimed bankruptcy 19 years ago and I have to do it again will the trustee find out or anyone find out that I did it before can I hide the fact that I done this 19 years ago

Firstly, when filing bankruptcy you must make full disclosure of all pertinent facts to your trustee. Failure to do so will likely result in you not being eligible to be cleared from your debts.
Second, your trustee will definitely find out. Before anyone files a bankruptcy a Trustee must do a search to determine if there are any previous insolvencies and to ensure that they are all completed.
