Fees for filing

A person needs desparately to file for bankruptcy. However this person is in such poor health, is unable to work, and lives on $500 and something per month and is unable to pay for her filing.

If their income is so low there really is no need to file a bankruptcy. With only $500 coming in they would be in position we refer to as creditor proof. Meaning their income is to low for any of their creditors to force payment. So you may not need to file a bankruptcy.
