If there is a writ on my home and that rit holder is alos a creditor in my bankruptcy does his writ come off and does he need leave of court to enforce his writ

This depends on who the writ was placed by and when it was placed on the property. You will be best to contact your trustee as they will have the details necessary to answer this question.
