You have 10 days from the date your discharge was refused to appeal the decision to a higher Court. you’ll need a lawyer to do this for you as the appeal process is quite structured.

In some cases when a discharge is refused the debtor is given the right to apply to the Court after a specific period of time (usually at least one year) to have the matter reviewed/reconsidered. Again, you should speak to a lawyer to see if this option is available to you.

A refused discharge is quite unusual – make sure you clearly understand why your discharge was refuised before you spend too much money appealing the decision…
