Unless your husband guaranteed or co-signed your debts (or your businesses’ debts) then his credit should not be affected.
Whether or not any of your personal assets will be affected depends on whether or not your business was incorporated – if it was then the business is a separate legal entity from you and therefore a separate bankruptcy. If your business is not incorporated then to bankrupt the business you must bankrupt yourself in which case your personal assets will definitely be involved.
