Can I Person Become Dirctor after Bankrupcy Discharge

My concern is if someone declared bank ruptcy about 2 years before and recently has been discharged, then after discharge, can he incorporate a company and become director?

There is no problem with being a director once you are discharge from bankruptcy. The restriction only exists while someone is in bankruptcy.
