Trustee teased me!

I am not being comfortable with trustee. I have talked with someone and felt like they didn`t even listen to what I said and advised me to file bankruptcy. I was upset because I thought they will listen to me and and advise me what to do! They have teased me when I asked them I want to do a proposal!! They rushed me sort of on filing – I had some situation in life and I didn`t expect anyone would tease me! Since then I am very uncomfortable. Can I talk to a lawyer to advise on my situation or do I have to go to a trustee?

You may talk to a lawyer or a trustee (although it is unlikely another trustee will assist you while another trustee is already on your file). You may also contact the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy to discuss your concerns.
