Who comes at home to verify the list of asset

What is the process of verifying the list of household asset I declare at bankruptcy? Does some one comes to house to verify the list and value? Is it the trustee who appoints such person or is it someone else who appoints such person?

It is really pretty simply. You put together the valuaitons. Now I must emphasize that you need to be as careful as you can when doing so as you will have to swear under oath that the list of assets and associated values is full, true and complete to the best of your knowledge.

If your trustee or any of your creditors is not comfortable with the valuations then the trustee may have to attend at your residence to determine if the valuation is accurate or not, but typically that is not necessary.
