What do we keep

My husband will be forced to file bankruptcy for his business. Since he is the only Director for his co. the Gov`t advised they will go after him personally, also.
He owns a farm which is in both his and his brothers name. Our house is in my name, but transferred last year, to mine.

Unfortunately, based on the information that you have provided, I can’t answer your question. Given the complexity of the situation and the multiple properties and owners that may be involved I think you should contact a trustee directly to discuss your spouse’s options and how they will affect the rest of the family.
